Our delivery team works 7 days a week from the 27th November – 21st December. If you place your order before the 27th November, you can select your preferred delivery date. If you order on or after the 27th November; order before 1pm to receive your order in one working day. Orders placed after 1pm will take an additional working day. Unfortunately, due to the wide area and nature of the delivery we cannot provide an exact time for this delivery. However, we will work with you to try and narrow down the time as much as possible. We can deliver the tree to your doorstep, or if you prefer we can also bring it into your home/business and install it in the location you chose. We can attach a stand to the tree for you if available. There are some limitations however -
We will be happy to also take away the netting and any shed needles.
Our collection service costs €15. For this we will collect the tree from you and fully recycle it. Please note the following:
We endeavour to provide the best quality trees in the market and as such will provide you with a best in the class tree. However, do bear in mind that no two trees are the same and are subject to variances. However, should you not be happy with your tree we would be happy to replace it, free of charge. If you are not happy with the tree provided, please advise the delivery team as soon as possible and they will replace it for you immediately.
